License:

* Permits up to $50,000 annual turnover (based on most recent years turnover, once bought, turnover is unlimited)

* Applies worldwide, in perpetuity

* Is non-exclusive

* Covers use in all media

* Permits embedding where required (in apps / sites) - with the exception of cases where such apps / sites allow users to create and sell their own creations - please buy the “Hawtpixel Font License - Business” for such use

* Reformatting of the font files into other font files for resale is not permitted (example conversion to and reselling as .woff files is not permitted)

* Redistribution of the original font files - the .ttf and .otf files - (with the exception of embedding) is not permitted (redistribution inside the company and between company employees is permitted)

* Using the font files or preview images for “training AI” is not permitted
